Precision syringe pumps of the LN-Sh series, manufactured by Geologika JSC, are designed for scientific research and industrial applications. This includes biotechnological, pharmaceutical, and chemical research in laboratories, as well as industrial processes in the oil and gas industry. They are used to create a continuous flow of liquid, liquefied gas, or compressed gas without pressure pulsations.
The LN-Sh high-pressure syringe pump is designed for high-precision dispensing of liquids under elevated system pressure. Constructively, the pump is a positive-displacement benchtop pump used for the gradual transfer of a precise liquid volume. Replaceable syringes are mounted in special brackets on the pusher block. The syringe piston is fixed to the moving part of the pusher. The bracket design allows for quick syringe replacement. Precise fluid delivery is achieved by the movement of the syringe piston as the pusher block presses on it. During the return stroke, the pusher pulls the syringe piston, thereby drawing liquid into the syringe.
Pump components in contact with the fluid are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The pump can be equipped with a temperature control system, allowing precise thermostating of the working cylinders with the process medium from -10°C to 90°C. The pump is furnished with an overpressure protection device.
When equipped with a set of automatic valves, the syringe filling and dispensing occur automatically. The pumps can be fitted with an additional, independent pusher block to enable complex operating modes (programmable delivery profiles, cyclic operation, creating a constant flow in a pulse-free mode, etc.).
The pump is controlled either via the touch screen located on the front panel or a physical keypad that duplicates its functions. The pump controller can be connected to a personal computer for pump control via the software supplied with the pump.
Additionally, the pump can be equipped with:
A set of pneumatically actuated automatic valves to enable automatic fill-dispense operation;
A pressure sensor for monitoring system pressure;
A syringe heater to maintain the set temperature of the delivered medium;
An additional independent pusher block to enable complex operating modes (programmable delivery profiles, cyclic operation, creating a constant flow in a pulse-free mode, etc.).
Automatic pressure maintenance:
In continuous flow mode with alternating cylinder operation, with the ability to withdraw the pumped medium, where the maximum infusion/withdrawal rate is a programmable value (when equipped with an additional independent pusher block).
In independent cylinder operation mode, maintaining a separate set value in an individual cylinder, with the ability to withdraw the pumped medium, where the maximum infusion/withdrawal rate is a programmable value (when equipped with an additional independent pusher block).
Automatic flow rate maintenance with precise calculation of the pumped volume, enabling high-precision liquid dosing up to 0.0001 ml/min:
In continuous flow mode with alternating cylinder operation, with the ability to withdraw the pumped medium (when equipped with an additional independent pusher block).
In independent cylinder operation mode, maintaining a separate set value in an individual cylinder, with the ability to withdraw the pumped medium, where the maximum infusion rate is a programmable value (when equipped with an additional independent pusher block).
Programmable cycles with smooth variation of the set parameter: changing pressure/flow rate by a set value over a specified time.
