CONSENT to the processing of Personal Data

Hereby, the User, acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, gives this Consent to the processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “Consent”) JSC Geologika (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

1. Consent is given by the User on the website located on the Internet at https://geologika.ru / (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
2. The acceptance of this Consent is the activation of the checkbox next to the text “I agree to the conditions for the processing of personal data” and clicking the “Send” button.
3. The User agrees to the processing of his personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
4. Consent is given to the processing of the following Personal Data:

5. The purpose of processing Personal Data is

7. The consent is considered valid until it is revoked by the User.
8. The condition for termination of processing is the achievement of the purpose of processing personal data, the expiration of the consent period or the withdrawal of Consent to the processing of Personal Data by the User.
9. The User has the right to withdraw his Consent by drawing up an appropriate written document, which can be sent in writing to the Operator’s postal address specified in clause 12 of this Consent, as well as to the Operator’s e-mail address: contacts@geologika.ru
10. The User agrees that, based on his written request to terminate the processing of Personal Data, the Operator will stop processing such information within 15 (fifteen) business days.
11. If the User withdraws Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 07/27/2006.
